We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created this straightforward returns and exchanges policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item must be in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Candles & Home Fragrance products once they have been opened or used. Custom or made-to-order items from our Collections section are also final sale unless damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, color, or style from our curated collections:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  3. Specify the replacement item from our website (please check current availability)
  4. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

Damaged or Defective Items

If your designer furniture or decor item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid shipping label
